Because he will supply a "Certificate of Authenticity." Frankly, I'm shocked that you would even question the veracity of someone hocking used Cobra parts. You know that we've all taken the "Cobra oath" to always act fairly, honestly, clean, reverent, etc. when it comes to Cobra stuff  |
