Scott,
What tires are you running? It looks like you've got it stuck pretty good. 
I'm used to sliding sideways around every corner in the Legends car. 
Did you say you switched to a Jerico trans?
Do you have to clutch on either up or downshifts, or do you just match revs as you shift?
I saw a show on Speed with an F1 driver, I can't remember his name offhand, driving Jeff Gordon's car. They had a camera on him and it was obvious he never touched the clutch, up or down.
I researched using a Quaife sequential trans when I built my Cobra, but the cost was astronomical with all the custom work required. It would've been pretty unfriendly on the street also.
