Did anyone catch the F1 driver who took a few laps in the Dupont 24 Cup car last year. He was very impressed with the car and how much skill it took to try & control the thing. The performance levels (nmechanical grip/power of an antiquated pushrod engine) without the benefits of high technology is what made the Cup car impressive to him.
