Default Picked up my frame

I picked up my frame package yesterday and took it today to get sandblasted and powdercoated along with the rear, gas tank, rad support and some suspension parts. I'll post pics once I get it back so I can started on it. I'm a little confused at why there are so many ziplock bags of screws nuts and bolts. I know all the bigger ones are for the suspension but no clue what all the others are for and there are alot of them. I stopped by Eddytheb's shop on my way down. Beautiful cars top notch. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction Eddy.

I think I used just about every bolt and screw and bought more. You be surprised how fast you use up that supply.

Ron is right, you will use those and then some. I changed some of the exposed bolts to stainless in places. It goes together good but there is alot of work ahead. But it is 100% worth it. Have fun.

congrats on your first step. great idea to get it all powder coated. i should of done that. I also used every one of those bolts. Follow the manual and use the sizes that it calls for. You will go through them all.

couple of months and the snow will be gone and my baby will awaken once more.

I picked up the chassis from the powder coater a few days ago and started working on it last weekend.
Do you guys torque everything down to any specs or just tighten, how about the upper coilover mounts and castlenuts?

Make sure that all the bolts with nylocks are long enough most times there way to short and the bolt don't even get into the nylon. It looks like the bottom shock bolt is way to short. I have to replace a bunch of them every time I do a car.

Put the engine in and get it running before you put the body on. It's much easier to find and fix problems.
