Hey guys, its me again. Heres a new question. While i was looking at my front end, i noticed that the driverside was down a bit compared to the passenger side. So i went to the passenger side front fender began pushing it down and seeing it respond back up. Body bouncing up and down and it looked good to me. Went to the driverside and did the same thing. Not even close to the same response like i had on the passenger side. I lifted up the body by the flare wheel well and i actually lifted it up and it actually stayed there. I put pressure again and it went back down and stayed down.
What do you think is wrong? Thinking maybe that a shock has lost its gas.

Automan, the gas in gas shocks don't hold the car up, only the spring does. Just tighten the ring on the shock and that will raise that corner of the car.
Do the shocks have bump and rebound adjustment and if so are they set the same? Do you have spherical bearings in both ends of the shock and if so are they binding? Look for anything that might introduce "stiction" in the system.
Both shocks should have identical characteristics in bump and rebound. If all the suspension components (upper and lower arms and anti roll bars) are free in movement you might want to take a hard look at the shock. If some one has a shock dyno in your area, it will tell you a lot about balance between the two front shocks. I had this problem once and it was the lower a arm binding in it's bushings.
Noticed the same with mine. Adjusted the shock to compensate but now the drivers side has more preload on the spring than the passenger side. Still did not get the car where I wanted it. After a lot of measuring and looking I decided that the difference is in the body. You can not correct it with the suspension.
I leveled the frame off the floor than tried to level out the body to the frame. I measured up the top of one front fender to a random point and marked it than did the same on the other fender with the same measurement. I than placed a straight edge across those points and put a 4 ft. level across. Even after I got the level I was happy with there is more of a gap between the top of the front tire and fender lip on the passenger side than the drivers side.

you need to get the car's corners balanced. the weight on the wheels should be the same.the body height has to be adjusted by shimming the frame .Other wise the car won't handle or accelerate in a straight line. good luck
