Side pipe flange weld cracked

The weld on both side pipe flanges that the supporting bracket attaches to is cracked. I'm referring to the bracket that attaches to the 2" square cross member at the rear of the foot boxes. A common problem I guess. Lots of clanking going on. Anyone here locally have the same problem, and can you tell me what's the best fix here in town ?
