Tinny, It should never take two. If you want to get personal, use a knife. 7" sterile Randall. Finest Kind....but enough of this "remember when" sillyness. Does anyone have access to used bowling pins? I've got a great idea..

Two, or double tapping is standard procedure for wet work, always one in the head and one in the pump, lights out. Blade work is something else, I am not into blade work, if you were engaged in this, my compliments.
Lets move on.
