The was a story of a Dragster at Beeline that had a failure with it's parachute, and it stopped only after jumping the canal and smashing into the bank on the other side. We use to ride our dirt bikes out there in 1969. I'm not sure if the story was made up. We bullchitted a lot at that age, some still do.  |
