My wheels are off annually for regular maintenance and I use plenty of anti-seize so I don't run into the "stuck spinner" effect but there have been numerous threads on the subject and some real horror stories. This looks like it might be "the tool to have" or an incentive to befriend someone who does.
Looks like the most well thought out attempt to create a tool that solves the problem I've seen to date.
