I decided to use someone here in the west valley and glad I did. I called Wayne Barress's office here in Peoria. I spent about 10 minutes on the phone with Ben Torres, 15 minutes later he was here at the house, took some pictures, gave him a check and I was done! Simple, fast and easy.

I'm glad to hear it was a different guy as your price is much better then mine.
