Thanks for the photos and thanks for the race support. Everyone today was wondering what happened to the snake pit! It was so fun to run with Mike and Lee.

Once again thanks to all for coming out.

Best regards

Great day at the trGreat day at the track. Thanks for letting me know about this date, Dave. Enjoyed the day with all. I am glad we stopped when we did, after the third incident on the track, I had had enough.

One guy stuffed his Corvette into the wall on Saturday afternoon...

The car looked like he had spent about 7 hours (and at least 5 rolls of 2-inch blue tape) taping the car up to protect it from rock chips...

In the end, the tape was the only thing holding his hood and front fenders together

We rolled by his pit and took a brief look as we were leaving the event - I didn't feel right about taking a picture- The guy was not in good spirits, and I didn't want to pour salt into his wound.

That was the first, there were two more accidents after that, when we were on our second lap in our last session, a black Z06 was passing in bad spots, caused a chain reaction, guy was a turd.

The track did not seem right at the end of the straight away. Lots of issues going on at that spot. It was bad JuJu.

Still a great day!

Great day Saturday. Lots of cars and action in the pits. We drew a lot of looky loos in our pit. A total of 6 Cobras parked in the pits. 3 for tracking and 3 for show. Besides the 3 race drivers we had another 7 supporters there to watch and cheer us on. All n all a great time. Thanks to all the guys that came out.
