I knew I was making a good investment when I bought stock in that zip tie company last week...

Looks great Mike. Will make it a lot easier to troubleshoot any problems you might (but hopefully won't) have down the road. I had some issues with my voltage gauge a while back and it was soooo much easier to trace it down with the wires all bundled and labeled. The Kirkham harness is very straightforward and simple. Glad you got the signals sorted out too.

Not interested in the dash, Dan, but how much ya want for the used, brown loafers? 😁👌

Ralphie, needs a new pair of shoes!

Whilst I was wiring up my dash, I fitted several eight connector spade connectors. It means at any time I only have to disconnect about five connectors. and the whole dash comes out. Made wiring the dash so much easier on the work bench.

Sorry Ralphie. Those are not for sale. You're stuck with the Cochran's.

Dan I will let you know on that dash. I have already purchased materials to try to make one from scratch. I have the new vinyl and everything. If that idea goes sideways I will give you a call.

Mike,
I still have dash cover material left over from my build. If your vinyl doesn't work out, I'll give you enough to do your's. It's black and textured.

Upholstered and gauges fitted. Some indicator lights and one switch. I'm done for the night. Hit it again in the morning. Still have a lot to do.

A lot to do? Like eating that box of Girl Scout cookies?

Hey, Mikie, don't fall into the trap that makes the dash look "puffy"!
Some things look good being "puffy", a dash ain't one of them! JMHO!!!

Ralphie, who's into very few "puffy" things.

Dude- Are you installing those gauges in your kitchen...??? Jamie must be the best wife EVER...

It's looking good- The matching gauges do so much to clean up the appearance.

Every time I check in on Mike's progress, it just makes me push out the date that I plan to get started on my own dash.

I'm thinking maybe October, or December....

...of 2018.

Now that Mike is the expert on dash work and gauges I am thinking maybe he can do our stuff too. I have a couple switches I need to swap around - is there an extra spot in your kitchen Mike?!

I didn't see da "bling". Wherz the cubic zirconia Cobra emblem? Wherz the fuzzy dice? Wherz the multi-colored, motorized AC vents? Wherz the led lights that dance in time to the music?

Expected far more from you.
