It is truely unfortunate, while most likely necessary/responsible.
Remember to cancel your reservations. I will wait a couple of weeks to see if anything changes..

Actually, I was thinking about coming out this year. That's too bad. The one question that I have concerns the car I was bringing, a '55 Chevy. The problem is that it has steep rear gears, 4.56's, and I'm guessing there is a lot of highway driving, which is great, but not for this car. Are there major gatherings along the way, car cruises, shows ? Or is it just alot of driving ? Does anybody else trailer their car instead of drive it ?

Dan55 will have to keep his car for another year. Always a ray of sunshine.

FYI I just talked to a nice lady at the Red Roof Inn to cancel my reservation for the Fun Run, I told her I was a Cobra Club member and she said due to the cancellation of the 2020 Fun Run they have cancelled all the car club reservations for the Route 66 Fun Run this year. You all might want to check to make sure but it looks like they have already cancelled the reservations for all of us.

Keith, I called just yesterday and there was no mention by the desk. Do not assume your reservation was cancelled. Mine is.

So sad to hear it has been canceled. I'll call to cancel my room. I guess we should be thankful we are only canceling car shows. When you think of what others are dealing with.

AZ Bob
I just called to cancel, and the reservation was still in place. Please make sure to cancel, if you haven't already.

I checked my reservation, this morning, and mine had been canceled by Scotty, a couple weeks ago. The lady I spoke with remembered our names.
