Karen,
Yes the Holley Red will work it is just internally regulated and the Blue is externally regulated. The hook-ups should not be that different, get a flash light and roll up your sleeves  get some brass fittings and we will see you on Saturday!
Jeff can set you up also, he is a very good friend to have!
