Thanks Steve and Dave.

Dave, I am a tourist again for ShelbyFest this year as my Son has an event I cant miss on the friday night. So I'll be coming up on the Sat for the day only. Next year I'll be right.

Carpet is going in tonight.

Definitely in the Cobra weather permitting.

Last year the trip up leaving at about 7am (in a convoy of about 10 Cobra's) from Eltham through the XMAS Hills, Yarra Glen and Donnyboon was great.

I am not sure but I might even stay on the Sat night to see the Motorkana on Sunday.

I was going to have a start at the interior trim tonight but decided to add a little more bling - i.e. The Sun Visors.

I then decided to go for a small cruise as I havent had the Cbora for 4 months so huge widthdrawals.

Was great fun, although I need to look into some footbox/tunnel heat shield as it gets a bit warm.

After a while I heard a rubbing noise on the let rear, didnt sound good, metal on metal, turns out it was the disc brake inner dust shield etc was rubbing. Probably due to me hitting it when I put the wheels on. Anyway all fixed now.

See you at ShelbyFest Dave. I havent seen your car in the flesh yet.

Rgds

Gregg

Dave, dont they say "behind every good supermodel is a good layer of foundation". (I actually just made it up to think of something witty).

Dave, Are you going to run the Aero Screen or a Windscreen for ShelbyFest?

Will have the full screen in place at Shelbyfest,
The Hearse is only going to be on Club Rego, so is limited to the amount of days I can drive it (30 days)
So the Cobra will be my main mode of transport while in Melbourne.
And although I like how the aero screen looks, it is very windy at any speed above 70kph.

Great work Gregg, love the way the rollbar sits. What size tyres are you running? Keep the pics coming please.

Regards.

Thanks Mando, Yes I made the roll bar height a little lower than normal as I am only a short-a$$.

Regarding tyres I am running 245/45/17 and 315/35/17 which give the same rolling diameter.
