Heli pad, prolly even an airfield, swimming pool, place for the bertram during the wet season, only 20Klm to the big smoke, and I'd bet the fastest internet connection in Oz. 
You could even seek retribution against any NSW authorities you fancied from there. Just call in some secret Laser guided thingamejig from one of the sats. 
The place even has an exotic name ... Pine Gap.
