I used the black and white deck and painted where the cars sit.
I used an off white paving paint that was rolled on. When it marks, I just roll it again.
Rolled it twice in 18 months. Takes about 30 minutes to remove the edge tiles and roll the floor.
It is dry by the time I finish rolling the last bay and I immediately replace the edge tiles.
Cost is $55 per 4 litre tin. Coverage 40 square metres with a roller. Two coats with some left in the tin...
