Merv there's a lot of "tradesmen" out there that don't even have a trade skill. I had some 'fun' with telstra and after five "technicians" told me what I had rung up about...my phone line is stuffed. The last bloke showed me how the system worked. He was Concreter by trade. My area, Newcastle NSW
is coordinated by a chick in Launceston Tasmania. I finally rewired the system myself while I showed the sixth "technician" how to do it. He was amazed !
