Welcome Dave. I don't know of a better motor than the LS7 for a cobra. If I was building again I'd install an LS7 with a tremec 5 speed mated to a dif with 3.7 gears. I considered running 2 throttle bodies as you suggested on my motor but finally decided on 8 throttle bodies. Don't use AVO's, there are plenty of better shocks out there such as Koni and don't waste your time with any springs Classic Revival wants to sell you, go straight to Eibach's. If you intend using good brakes save your money and buy them once. There are good brakes around such as AP's, Brembo's or even Harrop. They have dropped in price over the last few years and are much better than any Wilwood's you can buy. Good luck with your build and please keep us up to date with pictures.
