DashCommand looks very interesting, looks like it works on ipad too, might be worth checking out for the daily drivers as well

Nothing is cheap enough for anyone

I've got that cable cost close to 180 bucks
Then u need iPhone software around 100 for
Two types
Only works on some cars so buy at own risk
Waste of money unless yr in USA
Buy proper Holden scanner of eBay for 300 bucks
Will only do Holden but better than rest
We have four big dollar scanners all good
And four laptop cables and software
All good and bad nothing perfect for cheap
Price so buyer beware
Test before u buy

its more a gimick than anyting on the iphone hehehe
the wifi cable i got is tepremental
goto the forums on that cable and u will see alot of guys having probs in europe
basically its made in usa and so is software

anyway there is a guy who sells diag scanners on ebay to suit late model hodlens for around 300
they r your best bet unless u want to get somehting like we have which is over 4g
even the laptop software is all usa based and free from bittornt sites or wrez sites
a pain to set up if u know hwat i mean and only some stuff works

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/MaxiDiag-US70...item2c54863fd5

this sounds ok if u just want to do your holden ls1 2 etc etc
or ford

its made in australia i think so that means all the PID's should match the aussie ecus

where if u get usa based stuff the pids might be different
if u dont know what pids are search on google as they can explain it better than me
