The dust seal thing depends on the state.

There is no actual requirements in the ADR. There was a clubby who recently started a thread on the ozclubbies forum worried because he had a QLD inspection booked in and he thought they wouldnt pass. Anyway after contacting wilwood and stressing for a few days, he went for inspection and the inspector told him how nice they look.
