Slab down and first 800mm of wall up.
Wall to be core filled then tanked on the back to water proof before the aggy drains go down and back filled with rock.
The wall closest to the camera is a step up to the existing garage area.
All non-retaining walls on the bottom level will be framed and skinned with render bricks.
The garage entries will be a 4.8m and 6.0m panel lift, about 3 metres in height. |

By comparison, my little 4m x 5m lean-to is well, somewhat embarrassing.

The crane truck arived this morning with the large steel beams. 
It is currently on it's side in the drain opposite my house waiting for another bigger crane truck to arrive to pull it out  |
