I think Grover is plenty cool enough, I wonder what lap times he would do?

You never know what shows up at these events. Somebody always has something new to look at.

I hear there will be some fairly incredible flying helmets and goggles on show this year.

Default Something differnt.

Well not this year but i have decided not to build the1uz v8 awd cobra and instead put a stockish v12 in the new cobra and my old super t10 4 speed fitted with a squential shifter.
The only part i am not looking forward to doing is the 6 into 1 exhausts and side pipes.
I know it has probably been done before with a jag v12 but this is all alloy quad cam multi valve vvti from the same family as the 1uz-fe the 1gz-fe.

And Phil anyone who is really into cars would see the very kool side of grover.
godd to see you still kicken around Kris.

Oz.

So Oz, that V12 is going to see some action ... will be interesting, if you recover front that welding and shaping on the exhausts.

Thought it might be a good time to get some "mental" laps done before we get back on the track...

Hey Phil....watch these a couple of times and the bug will bite again...and maybe you'll throw that engine back into the car, and get out there.

Guaranteed NOT to rain this year !

Thought these might help remind everyone of the track layout, and the "rough" lines to take.

Cheers,
Warren.

Ash,

800 rwhp would be good to see, but not necessarily fast on the track.

Go to Whoa will be interesting!

Maybe make it a 24 Hour Race and let Grover have a go too?

Ben yeah he is a relative newbie but he did ok at the Shannons Musclecar last year. Not sure if he has upgraded brakes tyres etc. Went to the drags and couldn't get traction but was pulling ridiculous mph. The 1/8 mile should be good if he can hook it up.

Last years 'King Cobra' doesn't get to practice Keith, it's a new rule.

My intended tow vehicle showed it's true colors yesterday (bloody Ford) I had a F150 4x4 thing to use, but all within the space of a few hours yesterday, the dash wiring decided to short out (causing headlights to stay on) the twin fuel tank switching unit decided to start leaking, and there is now a loud high pitched squeal in one of the drive belt ancillaries (thought it as alternator so I had removed that, replaced bearings and regulator) had just refitted this when the fuel decided to leak.
Fuggin Ford $hit.
So I am back to the reliable (but slow) Valiant.
