Dave, I have to agree with you.
Early this year I sent wheels to them for some alterations and machining. Asside from it taking sooo long with poor communication (I wont go into the details). The machining work was a little (very) poor and two wheels were out of balance. This has all been corrected now by a local wheel repairer/machinist however I would not recomend ozwheel based on the work that I received.
Not a nice thing to say but now I know I was not fussy with my dealing.
