That sounds like a good plan.

My tentative plan is to stay in Monterey (I've got a reservation on lock). Nothing fancy, but close in.

We're only going to be there for the cars for three or four days, then we are heading to Santa Cruz for one day on our way home. Should be crazy, but fun!
