My issue is not with the condoning of public indecency but the severe punishment when compared to the some alternative forms of indecency.

I dare say more innocent are killed, property damaged etc... by drunk drivers than those irritatingly squeaking their wheels in at a traffic light.

I feel it more inconsiderate and dangerous to my fellow man to operate a vehicle while even slightly intoxicated than to spin the wheels at the traffic lights for instance, even if out the front of my joint in the dead of the night.

Surly, crushing of cars should apply to anyone drink driving or drug driving way ahead of anyone spinning their wheels.

Unfortunately there's a bunch of teenagers in these cars not just the driver who's showing off, not to mention other road users, so that argument is spurious

Dimis....can't argue with your PCA opinion though
