WheelBoyz were originally down at Ormeau and had a franchised store etc, which I believe went bellyup.
I will stand corrected but I am under the impression that the new store has nothing to do with the old business at all........but as I say I could be wrong .

Rog246,

It was the new store that I dealt with. I took delivery of my rims in May of this year.

Cheers

Roy

Ok an update on the wheels.

I have spoken (emailed) with verious companies in the US and they cannot do the rims I want in the soft lip. As a matter of fact they couldn't even do them in a normal stepped lip.... I wanted an 18x8 with a 5 inch back spacing.... sorry can't do it. At all!

I rang Dragway wheels at Logan here in Brisbane and was quoted around the $1000 each for anything from 18x8 to 18x10 in a soft lip Custom made with the back spacing I wanted. No problems at all! Not bad considering with freight and GST etc on the imported wheels the price is quite comparable..... and a whole lot closer should anything go wrong....

Now to convince the minister for War and Finance.....
