Hi Mike,
Its all pugged in correct, Ben asked if i was using the right gas, which i am using Argon, and have been using for ages, but this led me to think that maybe the reg is dropping off pressure mid work.
The symptoms occur after about 5 to 10 seconds of weld, (which goes well), then severe flare and next melt down.
Need to check this when i get home.
