Probably more relevant when it becomes personal...

The Moderators have had to close some pretty horrific Threads or delete them entirely due to personal and even sexist comments.

I think you get the idea.. It really is a fine line today that we all walk in the workplace and all.

Guess I am happy that I am not monitoring my staffs personal Tweeter and Facebook pages it is frightening the stuff they Post on there...
