Greg, The more I look at the sump the more I regret buying it. Didn't look that big in the box... I Am going to space the engine up 20mm to get some more clearance under it and if that becomes an issue I will change back to a standard sump.

Brett, keep the sump, lift the front suspension by 20mm so you leave room for a taller air cleaner element.

Depends if u want the car to handle... Canton make good road race sumps, you can always sell your old sump... Just if you buy & fit a sump do your measurements and make sure the pick up is only about 10 - 15mm off the bottom. Surprising how it can differ...
