Remember it is easy to buy but difficult to sell!

I flew down to see that car 2 weeks ago and wasn't even allowed a test drive only allowed to sit in the passenger seat for a 5 to 10 min drive around the town .car had big stone chips about the size of ya thumbnails just behind the drivers roll bar . one front wheel sits about 20 mm forward than the other one from the back of the wheel well .
under the passenger's side side pipe there is a area of crushed broken fiberglass where it looks like someone has used a trolly jack.
was peeved we flew from Adelaide to Launceston and told too many tire kickers come to look so no test drive at all .in the original car sales tadvert here was a photo of the dash with a glove box in real life no glove box its been badly retrimmed across the dash . that photo has been taken down now .my opinion is those photos had been taken when car come out of the paint shop not what it looks like 15 yrs later in real life was very disappointed in the way we was treated and the condition of the car . car is on consignment at a car yard the owners were "out of state " the weekend we arranged to come down .
so im a bit wary about flying to see more cars unless there is a ****load of recent photos and I can see a copy of the engineers report before I fly too look . some people ive talked too have been very accommodating and honest and open . the one from tassie was just a bad experience .but I got too see some of tassie as ive never been there my wife and I treated it just as a weekend away still it was a 1000 buck weekend that could have been used towards another car .
cheers dean
