I was weighing up the option of a mid-shifter relocation job on my T56 ($1200) to get rid of the linkages, versus a new TR6060 for around $3500 - plus whatever $$$ to adapt for the tail shaft.
The above options sound better than the conversion kit supplied Mal Woods which makes use of Ford Falcon parts. Heaven forbid!
