Nice one Rossba. Geelong council must be easy to deal with. I had to fight with Gold Coast Council to get a 12x12 and we're on 1.4 acres.

They were fine but I had to get a planning permit first.
That took 6 weeks. Believe it or not and I designed the shed around their criteria.
The building permit took 1 week via a private bloke.

I used a private bloke as well, in the end I just drove around the area and took photos of other sheds...that appeared to sway the decision. Funny how trees go missing Look forward to seeing the end product.
