Default Daytona rims

Spooky,

I used 15" Locally built rims for rego and using the Avon race tyres, then I

Went with 17" Vintage Wheels and tyres to be 2 seconds slower

Vintage wheels are great, I think I need better tyres........

Thanks for everyones replies. Yes now is not a great time to be looking to buy wheels with the AUD hitting a record low for the last few years.

I did have some quoted to be by an Aussie Manufacturer but they were $1625.00 per rim..... kinda forces me to look OS.

Vintage seem to have the wheel I want (FA18) moreso than Team 111 but I'd have to convert to a knock adaptor which I'm not sure as yet as to their legality etc etc.

I use 17's with 555 Nitto's. Is that the tire you used on your 17's?
