1st and 3rd fastest laps of the day today. 1:32.496 for myself and 1:35.052 for dad. Both of us are really happy to take seconds off our personal bests!
Looks like a very good field and some very close contests.
Interesting that the fastest cars are both in the 5.0 litre class and separated by only 0:00.1870
Thanks to everyone posting photos and video - helps ease the pain of not being there

Bloody hell Holko, I thought Class 6 was for a bunch of knock about lads whos just wanted to have a bit of fun. Faster than all but 2 R-Spec tyre cars and one race car on slicks. That is quick!

I think I was the only "knock about lad" :-)
Andy - you may have to get that "lump of metal with lobes on it" installed before Nationals :-)

Thanks guys! What a great weekend, love coming down for this event.
Happy with our times and car ran smoothly all weekend which was great. Close between LJ and I as always, our cars are strong in different places and it is interesting to see that although "we achieve our speed differently" the lap times are very close. Plus it's cool to see 5L engines doing the best times.
It'd be interesting to analyze where each of you is fast.
I imagine LJ's car has more HP but I reckon the Superformance is a heavier car than your Harrison.
I think you are probably carrying more corner speed and on a technical track like Winton with lots of corners connected together that would be important.
