Damn, you sure have some great advice pouring in there Peter.

Les what are you telling him

Peter have you got enough rubber around the door seal? Is there any adjustment in the catch?

I know it looks a little rough but a teflon cover over the catch similiar to some of the late model boot latches may help.

Can you tap (hammer) the catch to a tighter position?
