Wireing question

Just a quick question to those that have built there cars and used a prefabricated harness.
How many circuit harness did you use?
Just looking at prices and what is available, I was going to get a 21 harness circuit & use what I need, but figured I may not need one that big.
My car is Gen III with power supply required for ecu, fans etc plus normal lights, wiper, heater etc
