No they havent as yet.....
Now that you have sold your MINI maybe I can
tell the council that it's safe to replace them... 
BTW I think there was a reward for any information
leading to the conviction of the culprit.........
As a responsible rate payer I am stuck between a
rock & a hard place,or in your case a gutter and two lumps of
4 x 4 timber.................
