Try Walnut veneer

Hi All,

I bought a sheet of genuine Walnut veneer from a local specialist woodworking shop (for $19.00) and glued it to the standard RMC aluminium dash. It has had several coats of clear laquer and looks really good, the veneer is about 1.5mm thick. The only tricky part was cutting out the glovebox.
