Cobra Make, Engine: Almac, chev LS1

I am building an Almac/Berry cobra in NewZealand. I have a LS1 and t56 from a 2002 carmaro. Your shifter has been relocated from the rear to the front plate. I have had a quick look into whats involved in moving this forward. but was wondering if there was an after market kit to achieve this? Any knowlegde would be a help.

Also is there still a web site with aussie LS1 cobras. Thought i'd seen one but cant find anything on the net
