Hey sniper I've bought a partial built cobra and expect a build cost in the low $30K with an assumed saving of approx. $10K on what I've started with.

I will run an AU motor, basic rims and other modest parts but in the end will still have a Cobra. Don't get me wrong I like the clubman idea, s**t loads of power to weight ratio and fun, but the Cobra continues to get the stares after that initial look and it is that 60's classic shape that I like and which drives me to distraction.

Either car should be fun to drive but I suspect neither is easy to sell, so you may as well start with the item you wish to pursue in the long term and take your time perfecting this car to your ultimately desired outcome. Have a look at the electronic car market sales to get an idea of what is out there and the relative prices, I suspect you will be suprised at the limited price differences between the marques.

I am building a G-Force kit myself and am quite happy with the car todate. I can't comment on the RMC kits other than to say that the G-Force is a derivative of the RMC but I'm sure either kit would achieve your desires were you to pursue them!!
