I replaced those boat anchors with Wilwood dynolights. Just had to make a caliper adaptor. My spindle is different from yours so a pattern won't help. Buy the calipers, make and adaptor out of wood, take it to a machine shop. 3/8" steel is min. thickness for the adaptor.
