Cobra Make, Engine: alum 427 side oiler block. Edelbrock heads. Roller crank, roller cam, 2-4 barrel carbs, quick change rear-end, 683 hp....oh! and ostrich skin heated seats!

Rob - I understand. Shame though, becasue it sounds like you have alot of knowledge to offer.

Peter - thanks for the input! Yeah..I guess I got pretty lucky - I just wanted a Cobra to race and would have been happy at that -- but my wife always wanted a beautiful car to show....what a compromise, hunh ???! She has always loved chrome etc. and really got into making sure that everthing that wasn't powder coated was either chromed or polished ! I still can't tell who's having more fun with it - her or me ! Ha Ha Ha ! In fact, it was her idea to have the ostrich skin seats heated! We need that here in WA state. It was her that nick-named the car "SumFun". I have been reading about people out there that talk like the car is just for the driver and a very personal thing....but it can be a very personal thing for their other half too, if they find a way to involve them too.

It looks like you showed your car too...where was that picture taken at?
