The Ford Day in Geelong last year saw a few people receive notices to produce cars for inspection. One that I know of was only out at that event for the year..

..and trailered there as it was missing a gearbox..

Hey guys,
Morning Bernie or I guess evening for you. I read from PCC below "the Coke Can test" . For those on the other side of the big pond what the heck is the Coke Can Test?
When a guy gets the dreaded letter I would guess you have X amount of days to present the car for re-inspection. Do they tell you what they feel may be wrong and test only that or is a full new inspection? Could you inspect yourself before they saw it again?

Jeff,

A coke can test can be used to check your under belly clearance i.e 100mm or 4 inches. If it doesn't fit then you can be defected.
