Interestingly, it's public domain once one enters this type of event. Privacy Laws are not relevant. It is incumbent on organisers to list participants, classes, race times etc. Just check the C.A.M.S requirements for events. I can recall Calder Park raceway being criticised for not listing participants up in time..

It's only F1 teams that get into trouble for spying on others - a very expensive excercise for Ferrari..

Thanks for posting the list of Victorians earlier. It gave me an opportunity to ring a few people and check where they are staying and book in nearby etc.
