For a weekend cruiser a non LSD will be all you need.
If you want to lay 2 black lines when taking of then you need the LSD

And if going drag racing you will want LSD.

the single spinner might help you avoid finding that you're suddently pointing the wrong way

If your running a Ford power plant you definately need a LSD
as for the others a banjo will be sufficient

Or just pull four of the plug wires. That'll keep you rear end from coming out from under you as well.
