Oh the life. No jandles, singlet, hair not brushed, RH Drive, no dash, wires hanging out every where, looking to make sure no smoke is coming from the loom, trying not to smile to much and make those male grunting noises we make when we are bloody proud of what we have done. Just dying to give it a rip.
Good to see my cars little brother has turned into a teenager.
Good stuff

I just had a look at your car too Kriat and I have to say there are some very nice Harrisons coming out and so many variations also. Warrick must be well into the 80s maybe early 90s by now.

My new one.....just started last week....... is Number 97.

My wife thought it would've been cool to
" wait and you could have Number 100 !!!"

She just doesn't get it !!

WAIT??.......It's not a word that I use too often .

Cheers,
Warren.

Congrats LT, nice sedate first drive around the complex. Huge day in the life of a cobra builder. Look forward to seeing more as the build continues.

Thanks everyone for your replies and encouragement.
Yes big smiles all round. There was a not so sedate drive not recorded. This milestone certainly has me energised towards completion. Just need to sort the tacho pulses and a few wiring enhancements then complete interior and inside the boot. Hopefully won't be long now.

Lionel.

Default looking for advice

Hi I am new on the forum, I am buying an unfinished project from a bloke in Queensland the kit is made by a company that is no longer in business I think it is a DE Cobra made on the Gold Coast somewhere. It is almost complete mechanically and has certificates for beam and torsion tests, on the chassis, it has a 305 chev v8 motor installed and comes with all the gear to convert to EFI can anyone tell me if this motor will comply with ADR once converted to EFI.

When I fell in love with Rebel1 I thought it was a good thing we got married. Then he locked me in the basement, subsequently forgot about me and now he has just realised I am out.
