The Mounted Branch in Victoria use a similiar tow vehicle.
More and more they are being used for general patrol duty. I have seen drivers intercepted in town by Policemen on horseback. We even have them on bicycles down in Geelong.
A little like the New York mounties Trularin..  ... it's not the Motorola that you need to out run it's the bullet at 750 feet per second..
