Your english is much better than my Italian, but it sounds like you're having trouble with handeling. What brand of Cobra do you have?
These cars generally do not need sway bars for street driving.
The first thing to do is check for any broken parts, or loose parts.
Then check for ride height and balance. What kind of front suspension do you have? If you have coil over shocks, it's going to be easier. Seperate springs and shocks can be much more difficult.
After that, check the alignment - cast, camber, and toe in.
Once those are in proper specifications, the car should handle a lot better.

Just a front sway bar will make a huge difference to the handling ,especially that "wandering" feeling. The rear sway bar is nice but not necessary for the street.

Lets see how this translates?
Good Luck,
Clois
I opted for a 1" (2.54 mm) FRONT sway bar on my B&B about 8 years ago. It makes a huge difference in the handling of the car. Rear sway bar did not help as much. Spring rates for road racing (600 Lbs front and 400 Lbs rear springs) seem to work pretty well. I also replaced the rear upper and lower control arms with the Steda rear upper/lower control arms. Get some scales and get your car in balance and that will help a lot. I also moved my battery to the right rear corner of my trunk and lowered my fuel cell to help with center of gravity.
Good Luck,
Clois
