I have three switches as well. Left to right:
Dimmer Switch (on on)
Fan Switch 2 speed
Electric Fuel Pump (w/ aircraft safety cover)
Wiper knob is located to the left of my steering wheel
However, I am probably going to replace my padded dash with an aluminium one and have it powder coated black. Then I intend to re-configure all my gauges to a more accurate and user friendly arrangement.
